R.S. Rowe (born Rosia Simone Rowe), was born in Clearwater, Florida and raised in the Tampa Bay Area. An only child, Rosia grew up with her mother, and very close to her maternal grandparents. She left her home state in 2014 to attend Auburn University, located in Auburn, Alabama. While at Auburn University, Rosia was involved in the National Society of Black Engineers, served as an on-campus Resident Assistant for two years, and interned with the Office of Innovation Advancement and Commercialization in discovery to work with AU stakeholders’ patents. In May of 2019, she graduated as a Bachelor of the Arts in Spanish as well as a Bachelor of Biosystems Engineering. Currently, she is working to further develop the Reading Room blog series and RSRoweBooks website. Rowe has returned home to her home state to work as an environmental engineer in Fort Myers, Florida.
You can often catch Rosia reading a book, pounding the pavement in search of a new coffee shop, watching YouTube beauty tutorials, shopping at Sephora, writing for leisure or for the RSRoweBooks blog, and exploring new places both domestic and abroad.

Sydney Harris
Blogger
Sydney Rae Harris, the youngest of three, was born in Virginia and moved to Jacksonville, Florida at the tender age of 5 months. Sydney grew up in Jacksonville, where she graduated from Paxon School for Advanced Studies in 2014 as an avid athlete and accomplished scholar. Sydney chose to remain a Southern girl at heart and to attend Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. In the spring of 2019, Sydney graduated from Auburn University with her Bachelor’s degree in Biosystems Engineering with a minor in Public Health. Sydney is currently working towards a career in the engineering field while studying for the MCAT. She aspires to become a doctor and specialize as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN).
Sydney has many interests and many passions. Her interests include scary movies, intriguing books and great conversations over lots of food. Her passions include family, friends, health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals. If there were three words to sum Sydney up, they would be exhilarative, compassionate, and determined..
